About Us

Rooted in the Mid Valley. United by Soccer.

Mid Valley Soccer Club is a community where young athletes can develop their skills, build confidence, and discover a lifelong love for the game. We strive to create a positive and welcoming environment where every player feels supported, challenged, and proud to belong.

Through quality coaching, teamwork, and strong community connections, we help players grow both on and off the field. To us, success is about more than the final score—it’s about developing character, creating friendships, and bringing families together through soccer.

Our Story

For more than 25 years, Mid Valley Soccer Club has helped young people throughout Salem, Keizer, and surrounding communities experience the joy of soccer.

Our roots reach back to 2000, when the organization previously known as Keizer Soccer Club began creating opportunities for local youth to learn and play the game. In 2019, the club answered an even greater community need by welcoming teams from a longtime youth soccer program that was coming to an end—helping hundreds of young players continue participating in the sport they loved.

Today, MVSC offers a pathway from a player’s first experience with a soccer ball through recreational and competitive play. Although the club has grown and evolved, our purpose remains the same: to make quality soccer welcoming, enjoyable, and affordable while helping players develop confidence, character, teamwork, and respect.

Our story has been shaped by generations of players, families, coaches, board members, and volunteers. Together, we are building something greater than teams and seasons—we are building a community united by the game.
